Libby Mosher has an Associate's Degree
in Landscape Design and Horticulture, along with an apprenticeship as a Tool
& Die Maker. She has spent time studying perennial garden design with
a preeminent local perennial expert. Libby is an active member of the Baldwinsville
Kiwanis Club.
